OUR MISSION

The mission of KVA Future Stars is to deliver a professional and safe indoor volleyball training experience, nurturing boys and girls of all skill levels from 10yrs and above. Our programs are always designed for teaching, training, and playing. We teach and train the students to master their basic skills in indoor volleyball.  Since 2016, our professional program has provided a safe and fun way for kids to build strength and gain experience. KARL LIM

HEAD COACH

Karl has more than 30 years of experience as a player and coach from Schools, Clubs, State, National Youth, Junior and Senior Teams. 

- Head of Volleyball - St Leonards College - present

- Head of Volleyball - Keysborough College, St Joseph Primary School, Nazareth Sec College and Sirius College.

-Assistant Coach for the U23 & Senior Women's Volleyroos

- Head Coach - Victorian U19 Boys Team 2019

- Head Coach - Victorian U17 Boys 2022

- U23 Women Australian Juniors Champion 2022

- Head Coach Dandenong Volleyball Premier Women 2021 to present

- Women Head Coach Melbourne Vipers (current)

- FIVB Level 2 Coaching License

- NCAS Elite Level 3 Volleyball/Beach Volleyball Coach

CHRIS LIM

INTERMEDIATE HEAD COACH

Chris is a Commerce High School Teacher (of more than 24 years of service) and an avid and passionate volleyball coach since 1991.

Coaching experiences over the years include:

PROGRAM FOCUS


 To develop young players with all the right tools to reach their full volleyball potential to compete in local leagues and tournaments


We also provide a strength and conditioning to develop a strong physical foundation for the athletes

TRAINING THE COMMUNITY

KVA Future Stars programs are held at Keysborough Secondary College where kids can not only train their volleyball skills, but their socialisation and sense of community. Our program will help teach your children about community pride and supporting each other in a team - an essential lesson for young people to learn.

We’re a professional sports academy, so you can always depend on us to provide a safe and encouraging environment where children can push themselves to build their volleyball skills.
